That should rest the case but since the rightwingnuts would argue that “animals eat their children” so we cannot compare to them, I regret to remind you that WE human animals have practiced cannibalism and ritual sacrifice (both justified by religion) that NO animal would ever dare of doing. Besides, unlike our animal cousins we have enslaved other human beings selling them and buying them that again no animal would EVER do.

You seem to miss the point. It’s not that gays and lesbians are UNABLE to procreate – ask all the closeted religious people who married and had children before finally becoming authentic. We just don’t find the opposite sex DESIRABLE.

I’m sure if the world was going to end, we’d find a way to merge sperm and egg, even if it’s the old fashioned way. And who knows, maybe some of us would breed heterosexuals just as you heterosexuals breed gays.
