Love Honor Cherish is collecting signatures for a possible repeal Prop 8 initiative on the 2012 ballot. But they will only go forward if the ruling from the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in Perry v. Brown – expected any day now – either upholds Prop 8 or declares Prop 8 is unconstitutional but stays the ruling going into effect so the antigay proponents can appeal to the US Supreme Court.
Whatever the ruling, LHC wants to be prepared to celebrate or protest and has called for a rally on the “Day of Decision.”
What: Rally, then a march down Santa Monica Blvd.
Where: West Hollywood Park- on Robertson, next to the Abbey Bar.
When: 6pm on the Day of Decision
Materials: Signs will be provided, but please bring your own as well.
