Loving v. Virginia Interracial Marriag Case Decided 45 Years Ago-Video

The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has declined to re-hear the Prop 8 case, Perry vs Brown and the Prop 8 proponents have appealed to the US Supreme Court. One of the cases the high court will consider, if they take the case, is Loving v. Virginia – the historic interracial case that was decided 45 years ago yesterday. Here’s American Foundation for Equal Rights attorneys Ted Olson and David Boies talking about how that significant case relates to the Prop 8 case of today.
