Watch: An Exhilarating Meditation as Shuttle Endeavor Lands at LAX

Need some inspiration amidst all the noise and turmoil of this political season. Take a minute to remember the landing of the space shuttle Endeavour as it touched down in Los Angeles last Friday, Sept. 21, on the back of a modified Boeing 747. I caught a shot as the splendid odd pair flew over my apartment in West Hollywood. But my friends Renee Sotile and Mary Jo Godges – who are NASA nuts – filmed Endeavor as if  landed at Los Angeles International Airport.  The shuttle is now being prepared for its 12-mile trek through the streets of LA as it heads to the California Science Center where it will be showcased starting October 30.
